1. Check if the laser of the UV laser marking machine deviates from the center point after entering the galvanometer. The deviation of the optical path causes the beam to not concentrate in the corresponding marking area, resulting in a shallow marking pattern and text. At this point, a frequency multiplier can be used to adjust the optical path and restore it to its normal state.
2. Check if the output current of the acousto-optic power supply is too low or if the position of the acousto-optic crystal is offset. Increase the current of the acousto-optic power supply or correct the position of the acousto-optic crystal. If the power supply current is too small, it may cause the beam to be too small or the marking frequency to be abnormal, thereby affecting the marking effect. Generally, the higher the current of a laser engraving machine, the higher the marking intensity.
3. Is the inside of the resonant cavity of the ultraviolet laser marking machine too dirty due to prolonged use, which makes it difficult to effectively expand and focus the emitted laser beam, thereby affecting the marking effect and causing slight changes in position? Fine tune each lens in the resonant cavity to achieve the best spot effect. If the lens is too dirty, you can use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol for cleaning. This cleaning method is not only effective but also will not damage the components of the laser engraving machine.
4. The speed of the UV laser marking machine is too fast, and the beam has not reached the predetermined marking effect before it ends. Marking speed exceeding the designed frequency range will affect the marking effect, making the text or pattern unclear.
5. If the current of the UV laser marking machine is set to 25A and the laser effect is not strong enough for marking depth, it means that it is a problem with the krypton lamp and needs to be replaced.
The focusing depth of the laser beam of the ultraviolet laser marking machine is inversely proportional to the wavelength. For the objective scanning method, if static focusing is used, the focusing surface is a spherical arc surface. If the defocus error within the entire working surface is controlled within the focusing depth range, static focusing can be used. If the defocus error deviates too far from the focusing depth range, dynamic focusing should be used.
