The main components of the fiber optic continuous laser welding machine are the laser, which is mainly composed of pump source, coupler, rare earth element doped fiber, resonant cavity and other components. The pump source is composed of one or more high-power laser diode arrays, and the pump light emitted by them is coupled into a rare earth element doped fiber as a gain medium through a special pump structure. Photons at the pump wavelength are absorbed by the doped fiber medium, forming a particle number reversal. The excited emitted light waves are fed back and oscillated by the resonant cavity mirror to form laser output. Fiber optic continuous laser welding machine is mainly used for welding precision products such as automotive parts, pressure vessels, medical equipment, consumer electronics, sensor components, aerospace, new energy lithium batteries, fuel cells, etc.
